• Promotional pieces disguised as articles — if it reads like a brand brochure, it’s an ad, and ads go through a different (paid) door.
• AI-written filler with perfect grammar and zero point of view.
• Republished or lightly-spun content from elsewhere.
• Off-topic links or pieces written purely to place a link.
• Unsourced claims or stats — cite where numbers come from.
• Content that needs a full rewrite — we edit for polish, not to salvage a weak draft.
