03How can I get a quotation?
Contact HomeFixer by WhatsApp or phone and share the required service, property location, approximate area and relevant photographs. For projects that require inspection, a site visit will be arranged before a clear written quotation is provided.
04Do you handle both residential and commercial projects?
Yes. We work on houses, apartments and villas as well as offices, shops, restaurants, warehouses and other commercial properties. The proposed team, materials and schedule are selected according to the project's scale and requirements.
05How long does a project take to complete?
Completion time depends on the service, site condition, total area, material availability and project complexity. A small service may take a day, while renovation or specialist finishing work may require several days or weeks. The expected schedule is discussed before work begins.
06Do you provide both materials and labour?
Yes. Depending on the service, HomeFixer can provide a complete materials-and-labour solution. Labour-only arrangements may also be discussed for selected projects. The approved quotation clearly states what is included.
07What is the payment process?
Payment terms depend on the value and duration of the project. Most projects use an agreed advance followed by stage-based payments linked to work progress, with the remaining balance due at completion. Your exact payment schedule will be written in the quotation.
